Giverny Photo Gallery
Monet’s house and gardens in the order a visit walks them, from the house across the flower beds to the water garden, through spring, summer and autumn. Planning a Giverny tour? These are the places the day goes.
The set opens on the long house with its green shutters, seen across the tulips, and the green steps at its door. Then comes the flower garden: the central path under its iron arches, beds of tulips, irises and standard roses planted in blocks of colour.
At the foot of the flower garden, on land Monet bought across the railway line in 1893, lies the water garden. The green Japanese bridge sits under wisteria in spring, and the willows lean over the lily pond. The last pond frame is autumn, when the trees turn yellow and red. The set closes indoors, in a kitchen lined with blue tiles.

Plan the practical side in the visitor guide. Short reads are on the blog, and every tour is on Giverny Tours.
